7-9 months (gestation)

There’s nothing quite like that moment when you find out you’re expecting a baby – everything changes in an instant! Maternity photography is a beautiful way to celebrate your little one and mark the transition into parenthood. I recommend scheduling your maternity session between 29-35 weeks. This is the time you are showing but are not yet in the the last few uncomfortable weeks of your pregnancy. These sessions are also a wonderful way to connect with your spouse at a time when most of the attention is probably focused on you and your baby. You’ll have the perfect opportunity to slow down and savor those tiny kicks and flips, all while we capture gorgeous images of you before you meet your baby.

Terms & Conditions

1. Session is considered booked only on receipt of 50% of the session fee. On booking the session, you will receive a call to schedule the date and time of the session.

2. Balance amount is payable on the day of the session via Cash or UPI. Any Add-ons chosen and executed on the day of the session, will be added to the balance amount. The gallery dispatch will be 3 weeks from the date of image selection and clearing any outstanding dues.

3. Rescheduling session date attracts an additional charge of INR 2500, to compensate for photographer’s time and availability.

4. On cancellation, 50% of the booking amount/retainer fee is refunded.

5. All requirements need to be shared and finalised during consultation.

6. Extra images chosen above and beyond the package and add-ons, are priced at INR 1000 per image OR INR 4000 for a set of 5 OR INR 7000 for a set of 10.

7. Any location charges will be as per actuals and borne by the client.

8. Time delays of more than half hour(informed/otherwise) will attract an additional charge of INR 2000 per half hour to compensate for the photographer’s time.

9. Session will be considered cancelled for that day, if the delay is beyond an hour. Rescheduling will be viable basis the availability and will attract the rescheduling charges.

10. *Location of your choice: upto 12 kms from Gachibowli Circle. In case the venue chosen is beyond that, (a) the base package Just A Glimpse will not be applicable. (b) there will be an additional charge of Rs.5000 to compensate the travel time and transportation charges of the photographer.

11. Image Retention: Images will be available for download for 7 days from the gallery delivery. Image retention is not feasible due to the high work loads and will be the sole responsibility of the client once the final gallery has been shared. Photographer shall have no further obligation to preserve the images after this duration. Any request for Image retrieval beyond 1 month post gallery delivery, will be treated as an exception. If feasible to retrieve, the data retrieval will attract a fee of Rs. 3000 – Rs 10000 based on the number of images.
